The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, coffee maker and fridge freezer. Doors lead to the terrace.

Stairs lead down to 2 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has a full en-suite bathroom. Doors lead to the community garden. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and use of the additional shower room. Doors lead to the garden.

From the front of the property, external stairs lead to the solarium which houses the 3rd bedroom which has its own independant access. It has twin beds which can be made into a double if preferred, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room.
