Los Molinos or 'The Windmills' is a truly picturesque development. Wander along its charming garden paths to the central feature, the stunning swimming pool with waterfall, separate children's pool, poolside bar and restaurant (seasonal). These villas feature ground floor lounges with bedrooms above and below and are situated to take advantage of the attractive views from their own BBQ terraces.

From the road there is easy access to the villa which is in a very peaceful location. Enter into the living/dining room which has a ceiling fan, telephone, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, and patio doors lead to a terrace with built-in barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and coffee maker.

Stairs lead down to the bedrooms, both of which have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The master bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has a full en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and use of the additional shower room.

From the lounge there is an additional staircase leading to the solarium, with lovely views to the Mar Menor.
